Where behavioral psychology and math meet

Fitt's Law:

MT = a + b log2(2A/W)

where

* MT = movement time
* a,b = regression coefficients
* A = distance of movement from start to target center
* W = width of the target

I don't know how I feel about equating human behavior to mathematical formulas but it seems to work and is the idea behind an exciting new desktop environment called Mezzo, which you can get and install on your current linux distro or you can try out it's native distro: SymphonyOS.
